- Dry cleaning (includes commercial)
- Heat pressing
- Fire retardant application
- Fire and flood restoration on garments and fabrics
- Shoe repair
- Clothing and curtain alteration
Our business and services implied within our website, including our eCommerce platform and membership registration, are subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the country of United Kingdom.
Our services are only available within South Yorkshire. Services to people or establishments outside of South Yorkshire can only be made through special arrangements and must be discussed personally at our main building at 24, Mill Street, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3DL.
All transaction and use of our website shall only be for lawful purposes in a way that doesn’t cause harm, damage, or dissatisfaction to anyone using it.
Any or all information in our Terms and Conditions may be changed, removed, or amended from time to time without notice. This includes our services and their prices.

4. Online Transactions
By accepting our terms you understand that all transactions and orders made through our website’s eCommerce platform are still subject to our acceptance. And if need may be, we are allowed to limit or terminate your order if we deem it necessary or if we cannot comply with your demands.
Our right to limiting or declining your order also applies to your location, for our services are only available within South Yorkshire. Services to people or establishments outside of South Yorkshire can only be made through special arrangements and must be discussed personally at our main building at 24, Mill Street, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3DL.
All orders are collected and delivered by our couriers at your designated drop off location. Collection and delivery schedule are limited to Monday – Sunday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM only. Delivery restrictions shall apply and we reserve the right to terminate online orders or delay deliveries during holidays.
You also understand and agree that all services, including our eCommerce and membership, is provided “AS IS” and that we are not responsible for any delays, misdelivery, miscommunication, third party fees, or change in service inclusion.
As mentioned on several of our service pages, turnaround time for your item may vary depending on its material and condition. If you have an order that includes an item or items that has a longer turnaround time than the rest, we will notify and give you the option of having all items delivered when finished or arranging separate deliveries for items finished on different dates. For arranging separate deliveries, additional charges may apply.
We do what we can to give you our best in all aspect of our service. However, we don’t provide any guarantees and warranties to all information included in this website, as such, you understand and agree that any information in this website will be accurate, complete, or secure from bugs, viruses, and cyber attacks.
You also understand and agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk for each service is provided “as is” and “as available” basis. As such, we and our agents disclaim all guarantees and warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied on this website.

8. KSM Elite Membership Club
After registration, you will shortly receive an email notification from us containing information about our KSM Elite Membership Club and your account details. Membership lasts for one year and carries the benefit of having access to our best and most exclusive offers which changes from time to time. This includes discounts, special promos, and packages created by us.
9. Complaints and Damages
In the event of customer complaints because of services rendered or any damaged materials, you can report directly to our main building at 24-26, Mill Street, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3DL during Monday – Sunday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM only.
Any complaints of unsatisfactory service or material damages shall be reported within seven (7) days starting from your collection of delivery. If you fail to do so without any reasonable cause or explanation to your delay, we reserve the right to decline or disregard your complaint.
You must state in writing any complaints or damages for us to properly file and process your concern. Once we’ve received your written complaint, we will then investigate and find a way to rightfully resolve the issue.
Any liability on our part will be calculated according to the Textile Services Association’s (TSA) recommended compensation. However, any damage caused as a result of wrong washing instructions or labels on your garments are the full liability of its manufacturer, and therefore, we cannot compensate for them. We are only liable to damages caused by us as a result of negligence.
10. KSM Dry Cleaners Agents
To make our services easier and more convenient for our customers, we affiliate ourselves with several Agents within South Yorkshire.
An Agent is a representative which is under our contract to act on behalf of our company to take active role in selling our services to possible clients, providing information about us, properly collecting garments, and having garments ready for collection.
If a customer transacts with one of our Agent, the Agent is responsible for:
- Collecting garments and necessary details from the customer
- Following our company protocol, storing the garments in a clean and dry storage area free from smells and any possible contaminants
- Making the garments available for us to pick up
- Having the garment ready and available for collection by customers at an agreed upon time and date
The Agent will undertake the service to the same high standard as expected from K.S.M Dry Cleaners Limited as if the customer had received the service directly. Each Agent is trained to handle the customer’s garments with care ensuring tagging and pricing is carried out carefully and appropriately to prevent damage, loss, or misplaced items. Agents are also responsible for ensuring the correct price is given to customers and any errors will be the Agent’s liability.
The Agent shall have personal liability for and shall indemnify us for any loss, liability, costs (including reasonable legal costs), damages or expenses arising from any breach by the Agent of the terms of our agreement.
